Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.
Your last known nameservers are set to Siteground hosting. You should reach out to their support for help in locating your WordPress installation.

I am a bit confused because I built my whole website using wordpress and have had no issues accessing it in the past. Did something change? Siteground is saying they dont host my site either just domain.

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Siteground.
So, you’ll log in to it through http://allmetalprints.com/wp-login.php and not through us.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
