can’t find my site

  I’ve paid for a wordpress site for this small charity but I can’t access it. When I try to find it on the wordpress account, it says ‘This domain is already mapped to a WordPress.com site’.

  I do not see any upgrades under your @femarch WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login?
  I can confirm that an upgrade for charushila.org is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @femarch login.
