Can’t find my site on WordPress

I’m still having trouble accessing our site on WordPress. I need to make an adjustment regarding our ebooks app. When I click on My Site, it says we don’t have a site created yet and I know that isn’t true. We’ve even paid our renewal fee recently. That site is owned by a different account than the one you’re currently logged in to. To be able to manage that site, you need to log in to that other account of yours.
