Can’t find my web site

I have had my website with you for years
A customer of mine informed me a while back that they couldn’t follow my link to my website. I didn’t do much about it at the time as i was having a baby, but now i need it up and running again

Unfortunately, your site was not hosted with WordPress.com. It was a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with HostMonster.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. The site was also not using our backup product https://jetpack.com/upgrade/backup/ so we cannot directly assist with this.
In this case, I recommend contacting your former hosting provider’s support to ask if they still have a backup of your account with them: https://www.hostmonster.com/cgi/info/contact-us
If they don’t, you’re welcome to start a new site with us via https://wordpress.com/start and you’ll be able to at least copy/paste content from an archived copy of the site, like https://web.archive.org/web/20190127122520/http://katienetley.com/
