i recently changed the hosting of my website. now I can’t access my site and the domain is blank with all my contents gone.

You’ve posted to the free support forums for websites hosted here at WordPress.com. Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.
With website hosting there are two parts: where your files are stored and what hosting company your domain points to.
Your hosting is like the physical structure you live in (like a house, apartment, etc.). Your website files are like your belongings (furniture, clothing, etc.). You can move to a new place, but you also have to move your stuff – it doesn’t move with you.
I would recommend reaching out to your previous hosting provider for help and hopefully, you haven’t cancelled your account with them as most providers delete your files when you cancel. They should have a backup in their system or can direct you to how to find those yourself.
