Can’t find old site info anywhere

    Hi there,

    We are trying to source a couple pages that I used to have on my old website: zoeyann.com However, when I log in, I don’t even see my old billing info! The site has not been up for a couple months but I would like to access the old information (domain now with a different provider)
    Please let me know if I am missing anything! Thank you!

    Hi there,

    The domain, zoeyann.com, is registered and hosted with Squarespace.com. That domain has also never been connected to any site hosted on WordPress.com in the past.

    If you’d been using WordPress on that domain before you went to Squarespace, you were using the open source version of WordPress at another hosting provider. You’ll need to contact that hosting provider to find out if your content for that old site still exists on their servers.

    Based on historic DNS data at https://securitytrails.com/domain/zoeyann.com/history/ns, your domain was hosted by OVH.com until around two months ago, so I’m guessing that’s who you need to contact here.
