Can't find options that to change name servers

  I want to change our nameservers so that we can move to a new host, but the options described here – http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/change-name-servers/#changing-domain-name-servers – aren’t showing up for me.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You need to be logged in as the EXACT account / user that owns the upgrade to change it – is there another account you might have used to register the domain name?

  Are you the Admin of that blog? Only admins can see those options on the dashboard.
