Can't find parent page
-
Hi!
I feel really stupid because I have a feeling this isn’t as complicated as I think. But it’s been working fine up until today, and I couldn’t find any similar threads, so here I go:On my website, I have a regular meny of the biggest pages, but without all the the sub folders showing in the main menu. For example the ‘artists’ tab, since I think it would look cluttered. I prefer to list all the artists manually on the ‘artists’ page.
But today, things started going wrong. I tried to create a new sub folder for one of the artists. And it looks alright when making the page in WP Admin. She URL shows up as ‘wordpress.com/artists/ankie-bagger’. I save the page as a draft and then go to create a new sub-page for the artist, a biography (artists/ankie-bagger/biography).
But suddenly, when looking in the scroll-down menu, the parent page is not showing up in the scoll-down menu, so I can’t add the biography page to the ‘ankie-bagger’ folder. I have taken screen shots of this but it seems I’m not allowed the add photos to this board, so sorry if it sounds a bit complicated. Also, English isn’t my native language.
It’s been working great up until today, so I guess I must be doing something wrong. :) Thanks in advance for your help!

It sounds like a browser issue. You might try such actions as refreshing the page, clearing the browser cache, updating the browsers, switching to another browser, switching to another browser, another device, checking to see if the issue persists with each action. If the problem persists after doing each of those, then we’ll try something else.
