can't find permalinks option

    please help me find permalink option. I tried to find it in settings but couldn’t.

    Hi,

    What “permalink option” are you referring to? In the new editor (My Sites interface), to edit a post or page URL you open the URL editor by clicking on the link icon in front of the post or page title. In the wp-admin post or page editor the permalink is displayed under the title by default. You just click on the edit button beside the permalink to edit it. In either case, only the slug may be edited. You can’t remove the date (It can be edited elsewhere) or make any other changes to anything left of the slug.

    I am not ale to find the permalink option below the settings option in the wp admin page. there are options like: General, Writing, Reading, Discussions, media, Sharing, Polls, AdControl etc., but there is no permalink option below settings, as shown in most of the videos in you tube.
    Kindly help me find the permalinks option.

    There’s no permalink option under Settings in the wp-admin dashboard admin menu. You might have been looking at videos pertaining to WordPress.org sites rather than to WordPress.com sites.
