can’t find php file for right toolbar

  I recently installed a blog at http://www.girls-and-games/warcraftgirls where I used a template that I downloaded from someone else. In trying to play around a bit with the layout and editing things, I noticed I can’t find the file for the right toolbar. I know it’s there because I can add widgets to it, but I want to change a few things and don’t seem to be able to do that? Anybody any idea what’s going on and how I could reach it?
