Can't find Plug-in when I'm the admin and have own own domain
-
Hi, on my dashboard menu i cannot find plug-in, the dashboard has “feedback” and “appearance” but not the “plug-in.” I double checked that I’m the administrator of the website from “user,” and i also obtained my own domain. i purchased WordPress Premium recently too. But why no plug-in and am I able to set it up?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/If you require plugins hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting and set up your own wordpress.org software install.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
Resetting your WordPress.ORG password http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page -

That doesn’t change anything. You are confusing wordpress.COM hosted blogs and wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
