Can't find "plugins" in admin panel
-
I don’t know how to find out which version of WordPress I’m using, so that may also complicate the problem, but the primary issue is that I can’t find a “plugins” option in my dashboard. I am trying to add a store to my website, but you need to go to “plugins” to do that, and I can’t seem to locate it.
Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes into a site then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install.
There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/There is no upgrade you can purchase here that provides FTP access and the ability to install plugins and or any third party themes.

See here for details of all 3 plans http://store.wordpress.com/bundles/
You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and purchase upgrades at > Store > My Upgrades
Your billing history will be at Dashboard > Store > Billing History
Your options for payment are found here http://en.support.wordpress.com/payment/Note that the free plan and the Premium plan do not allow you to upload your own themes or plugins. WordPress.com blogs cannot be equipped for eCommerce transactions unless they have the Business upgrade. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/ecommerce-is-now-available-on-wordpresscom?replies=1

Is there any reason I couldn’t put a store on another site and link to it on my WordPress.com site?
-
You can create a custom menu on the blog and then create a custom link to the store site in it.
