Can't find Portfolio feature in Settings.

I can’t find the Portfolio feature. It says to go to Settings → Writing → Your Custom Content Types, but I don’t see “Your Custom Content Types.” I have the Illustratr theme.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there. That option should definitely be available. Make sure you’re on the WP-Admin dashboard (http://knormal.wordpress.com/wp-admin), click on Settings ->Writing and you should see it at the bottom of that page: http://snag.gy/yfG8z.jpg
To create/edit portfolio projects, click on the Portfolio menu item between pages and comments that will appear as soon as you save your settings on the previous page.

Oh my gosh, I made such a simple mistake. I was on the My Site section and not the WP-Admin dashboard. I hadn’t been on WordPress in a while and I thought it looked much different, but the Dashboard was just in a different place. I found it. Thank you so much!!

You’ve encountered what is known as the New Dash, or when staff’s not around, the WordPress.com blue screen of death ;-)
The My Sites is missing a lot of functions available on WP-Admin so I never use it. You’ll also see there’s a new editor. For some workarounds on how to use the old classic editor instead, you can see this link: http://git.io/wpcom-restore-classic-ed
