Can’t Find Portfolio Feature on WordPress Dashboard

    Hello, I am trying to make a website with wordpress and use the Portfolio feature. However, I am unable to find in on the dashboard and when I tried to follow the steps in https://en.support.wordpress.com/portfolios/ I came to a dead end because I have no options for ‘Content Types’ under ‘Writing’ (My Sites → Settings → Writing → Content Types). I am confused where these directions are coming from and would appreciate help on getting the ‘Portfolio’ link to show up on the side bar. Thank you for the help!

    Hi,

    You should be able to see ‘Content types’ under the tab ‘Writing’.
    This is where you can select the number of blog posts that will be displayed per page.
    Just below this you can see ‘Testimonials’ and ‘Portfolio Projects’.

    Not all themes support ‘Portfolio Projects’, therefore you might need to add the shortcode [portfolio] where you want to display the portfolio.

    Hi @falafeljones304115409, not all themes fully support the Portfolio feature, and Independent Publisher 2 is one of those. You can however use the Portfolio Shortcode to manually create your own Portfolio related pages.
