Can’t find professional email inbox

I moved from wordpress to shopify a while back but kept the professional email that was assigned to my email marketing. However, i’m now switching email marketing accounts and I can’t find seem to access my professional email inbox.
When logged into WordPress and when I click on the email icon it asks me to upgrade to access this area. So why have I been charged £3.25 per month for an inbox I can’t access?
How can I contact WordPress to sort this out?
