Cant find “Publicize” button. Where’d it go?

I am using the Vigilance theme. Want to connect Facebook and Twitter to my blog so that posts get posted there automatically, but can’t find the “publicize” button. Should I be looking for something else? Do I have to enable the button, and if so, how? Thank you thank you for any tips! Cheers!!

It’s under dashboard > my blogs. Once you have approved connection to any of the supported services then there will be a “publicize section in the publish module on your post pages.
