Can't find Publicize under publish area.

  On some of the tutorials it shows the publicize under the Publish box but I can’t find it. Also I made a page but when I go to my actual blog it doesn’t show the page. How can I get it to show on my blog?

  What’s the title of the page? Can you see it under Pages on the Dashboard?

  Yea it is in my dashboard but not in my blog
