Can't find site logo feature when using it on wordpress self-hosted

  Hi, I have use the theme at wordpress online hosting (cloud9erseg.wordpress.com), but when i use it locally through (wordpress self-hosted) i can’t find site logo and second menu for social links, why?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  If you are using Self-hosted version of WordPress on the local server.
  You need to have plugins for social links and logo depends on theme you choose at self-hosted version.
