Cant find site pages so i can optimize SEO [NEW]

Hello I am very very new to this and i have a problem. As shown in this image I cant find my website page in the pages section so I can SEO optimize it. When i try to add a new page i doesnt look like my website. I must say that i installed wordpress after I finished my website. I dont even know how to describe this problem or if it even is one. Please help.

Hey Antonio, it looks like WordPress might not be managing your current site if you installed it after building the website; that’s why your pages aren’t showing in the Pages section. Check if your site is actually running on WordPress or if it’s still serving the original non-WP content. You might need to recreate your pages within WordPress to manage them and optimize for SEO properly.

I checked the page source and can confirm your site isn’t managed using wordpress. Also note your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform – https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/http://albinstal.ro – so we can’t help.

hello thanks for the reply . i only wanted to improve my SEO with yoast. I think i found a way but thanks for the help

I installed wordpress one time and it made changes on my site and i didnt know what to do so i unistalled it. the second time it did the same but i created a theme in the server files with the site html on it cause thats the only way i knew how to ‘get’ my site back whilst still using wordpress. What should i do to manage my site through wordpress without it changing my site and disolaying ‘My blog’ or whatever. thanks

You can’t manage a html-site using wordpress. If you want to use wordpress for your site, you must move the content of your html-site over to wordpress.
You must take a look in the documentation at wordpress.org on how to copy your site.
