Can't find the Ambiru theme
-
I’ve been developing a site in Ambiru, but when I went to use that theme on my new site, I couldn’t find it. Has it been replaced? If so, what is the new theme?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
Here’s a link to the Ambiru theme:

Just click Activate and you’re good to go :)
Let me know if I can help with anything else. Thanks!

I’ve been waiting too long . . . Can somebody at WordPress please respond . . . How can I get back the Ambiru theme. I believe I’ve a dummy blog using it. Can I rename it, and get Ambiru that way. Or has it been replaced with a similar theme that I should use instead?

Hi, there.
My deepest apologies! Even though I can find a page for Ambiru in the Themes library, it turns it has actually been discontinued. There isn’t a direct replacement for it. I’m so sorry that I didn’t catch that the first time I replied to you.
The theme you’re using now seems to share some qualities with Ambiru, namely a narrow primary column.
Were there particular features of Ambiru that you want to have? For instance, is it the colors? If I have a clear idea of what you want, I can try to help find a suitable theme.
Thanks!

I’d like a single column, ideally much wider than Ambiru, a single wide photo (or just image) at the top, and menu either on or just below that image.

Hi, there!
Twenty Thirteen might be just the thing. To get it to display as a single column, just don’t put any widgets in your Secondary Sidebar widget area. You can use a custom image at the top, and then customize all your colors (as is true with all the suggestions I’ll make here).

Hemingway Rewritten
Twenty Eleven
Twenty Ten
Pilcrow
Book Lite
SuperheroThanks!
