Can’t find the button

  I’m trying to edit the homepage of my website psopt.com. There are six logos near the bottom of the page that, if you click on them, send you to their each individual page. However, some of these are broken and half of them are sending me to the same page. When I go into pages to edit, I don’t see all of the labels there. When I go to edit the homepage, there’s no option to edit that section of the website except this one block that appears empty. I can’t find any sort of list where those buttons are or how to edit them. Where can I look to find them and edit the buttons?

  Also, your-site-address/wp-admin will take you to the admin. Go to Appearance-> Customise.
