Can't find the cancelation confirmation message in my email

  I just want to use my original domain name: ivystore.wordpress.com and try to cancel ivystore.biz. But after trying to cancel it many times it still not happen, the ansswer is: You requested cancellation of a domain name. Please check your email for a message with a confirmation link. But after I chek my email ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) I never received the confirmation message (already checked in inbox and spam). Thanks a lot for your help.

  Hello –

  You should be all set with this. The subscriptions have been manually cancelled for you, and you can use ivystore.wordpress.com as you wished.
