Can't find the dashboard

  Hello, I cannot access the “Dashboard” page for my blog. I need to add a contributor to my blog, but I cannot find the option anywhere. The “first screen I see when I log into the administrator are of my blog” does not say dashboard or have the “user” button I’ve seen in screenshots. Please help me add a contributor.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I looked into that thread. Entering the suggested URL (http://%5Bblogname%5D.wordpress.com/wp-admin/) brings me to a page that looks like this. Is it possible to add users from here?
