Can’t find the follow us widget option

My blog is new and at the moment I only have one follower. I wanted to enable readers who are not on WordPress to follow my blog. I have read the guides and am trying to add a follow widget into a sidebar, but the only option i is giving me is the jetpack, subscribe to e mail option. This isn’t the same as the follow one cited in the guide I am reading. Please help.

Sorry, it is WordPress.com but hosted by Bluehost. I think I have the problem I initially enquired about resolved now but I would appreciate it if my enquiry, or at least the username, could be removed please. I have changed the username now. I didn’t realise it would show.
