Can't find the functions.php file.

    I can’t find the functions.php file. Help! People keep telling me that it’s at appearances/editor/themes or something. But I don’t HAVE an editor button.

    The functions.php file is available on self-hosted versions of WordPress, not WordPress.com. Are you sure you are in the right forum?

    Editing WordPress Themes in WordPress.com is through the stylesheet, not the Theme template files such as functions. php.
