Can't find the import-tool in the new interface

  I’m trying to import my selfhosted site into wordpress.com, but I can’t find the import tool in the new interface.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You’ll find the classic dashboard at this link.

  Or you can click on “WP Admin” when you hover over “My Sites” in the upper left when logged in.
