Can't find the Live Chat Support

Hi, I have a WordPress premium plan, and I am unable to find where the Live Chat support is, and I need it badly right now…

Thanks for a swift answer, but my problem is I do not know where to find the chat box. To find the descriptions is not so hard, but there is no reference as to where to go to find it…
My site has an upgraded plan, but the access to live chat is not worth much if the chat box is hidden…
Any suggestions? -
Are you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the site and purchased the upgrade for it if you are then what happens when you click this link that I posted above https://wordpress.com/help/contact?

I am having the same issue – unable to connect with Live chat.
If the support is 24/5 meaning 24 hours Monday – Friday…do you know if support starts at 12:01 am?
