Can't find the 'No Ads' upgrade
-
I am trying to renew the ‘No Ads’ upgrade on my free blog, without getting the premium version.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
I believe the No Ads upgrade is now a part of the Premium and Business plans. You can choose either to stop showing ads on your blog, in addition to getting many additional features. https://wordpress.com/plans/compare
Official documentation on this:
-
The no ads upgrade is still available as a RENEWAL but not an individual purchase – you should be able to renew the upgrade – sometimes there is a problem with the renewal since the $99-/yr bundle was rolled out
I have flagged this for the staff to help
Are you logged in as the user / account that owns the upgrade? That is a big reason for not being able to renew upgrades
-
another user owned the upgrade, but after it expired, I was going to renew it. sounds like it’s an option that is being or has been phased out. Thanks
-
if you can get the other user to help a bit – the staff might be able to transfer the upgrade to you so you can renew it – there have been some changes that I don’t agree with that make renewing harder – but I have seen some help with renewals in the past

Hey @harperdyon,
If you have the owner contact us through this thread or contact us through our form, we’ll see what we can do to renew the no ads upgrade under their account or transfer the upgrade to your account so that you can renew it.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!

Darnell,
I believe that I am the original owner/creator of the blog in question. That blog is https://piorpd.wordpress.com/. I was, at one time, making the payments for the No-ads feature until I asked another administrator on that blog (the user harperdyon) to assume that management. Is there anything that I need to do to help make that transition happen?
