Can’t find the place to change my header url?

I can’t find the place to change my header url. What happened to it? It’s not there so could someone tell me how to insert the fix? Thanks.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It’s in #header in your CSS.
This is just a suggestion, but you need to decrease the number of posts showing on your main page. Even with my 5mb connection it takes WAY too long for your page to load, and if I went to your site I would likely click away instead of waiting for45 seconds to a minute for it to load. This is especially true when you also have tons of images in your sidebar.

Thank you, I knew it was #header but I couldn’t remember the code that comes after that. There is usually a template for it on most of the themes I play with. But I persevered and conquered. I do know that my blog is loading slowly. I struggle with that since people come to my blog for pictures. I have regulars who put up with me every day. I’ll try to insert page breaks but I’m awful about it.
Thanks for your help!

Just go to settings > reading and decrease the number of posts to display on a page to say 3 or 5. If people want to look at older stuff, there is a “next entries” link on the bottom of the pages and they can go back through each previous page.

Apparently right now you have it set to 20. Even setting it back to 10 would be a massive improvement. You don’t have to split posts, just show fewer on each page.

I set it to 5. I’m always second guessing myself and thinking if folks don’t see the pics on the front page then they will go away. I’ll do these 5 for awhile and see how it affects my views. Thanks so much. You always give great advice.
