  I want to add one plugin, currently unable to cause of there is no plugin option showing

  Hi there, the ability to install plugins on WordPress.com is available on the Business and eCommerce plans and if you upgrade to a new Personal or Premium plan from a currently free WordPress.com website. https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  If your above site is already on one of those plans, in order to add and manage plugins you need to be an Admin on the site. https://wordpress.com/support/invite-people/user-roles/#administrator
