  I can’t find the “plugins” tab in my wordpress control panel. Can anyone help me?

  There is no plugins tab for http://objectionstreetwear.wordpress.com/ because WordPress.com blogs don’t have plugins. You can’t use them here. There are workarounds to achieve similar results, but plugins can only be used on WordPress.ORG blogs with paid hosts.
