Can’t find the privacy settings for my blog

Hi there, i am trying to share a blog i made with my class but when they click the link it comes up with a ‘coming soon page’ and i was told to change my settings to public. But when i go into my settings i don’t see a privacy setting section at all. Please help me figure this out

Hey there, it sounds like it wasn’t launched yet. If you’ll start here, you should be able to buy a domain and plan, or skip the paid domain, and then choose the free plan:
