Can't find the proper link to activate a chat with a happiness engineer

  I feel like I can’t find the door knob on a door right in front of me but I can’t find the link to chat live with a happiness engineer. I upgraded to Premium and chatted with two last week but now I can’t find the button. Each ‘help’ just brings me to the generic post in the forums page.

  Same here, I don’t understand why ?
  Any link brings me to a page where it seems it is not recognisez that I have a Premium plan.
  First I tought it was because of time difference (I’m in France) but it’s not that.

  The business upgrade is the only guaranteed live chat plan – other plans get live chat when the live chat group have extra time – also live chat is not 24 hours a day

  I have the business plan. It’s been missing for days, and I get no response from emailing support.

  If you have a paid upgrade you can contact us at any time via this page: http://support.wordpress.com/contact/

  If live chat is available you can start a chat from that page, else it will submit a private support ticket to which we’ll respond via email. We do have a bit of a backlog at the moment, so it might take longer than usual to get a reply, but you should be able to contact us there nonetheless.

  If that page redirects you to the forum, please try clearing your browser cache, as it might be redirecting you to a cached link from when support was closed during the holidays.

  I also want to confirm what @auxclass and @galois said, that live chat is only guaranteed for Business users during US business hours, so if you have a Premium Plan and are unable to start a chat it’s because we have no one available at the moment.
