Can't find the 'Store' button to map existing domain

There is no ‘Store’ button in my dashboard which I need to map my domain from Blue Host (where the domain is registered and where it was hosted) to WordPress hosting. The domain is registered at Blue Host and has been hosted there too, bit I’ve cancelled the hosting as I want to host with WordPress instead. I have already updated the name servers information in my Blue Host control panel to move to WordPress.com.
Why is there no ‘Store’ button in my dashboard as I need to access it (Step 1) in order to map a domain I already own. Can you help please? Blog url is rootweaver.com – it doesn’t show under ‘my blogs’ at all though.
