Can't find the tag submenu on the dashboard

  Hi all,

  Since a few days I try to find how to modify or delete Tags on the dashboard or in the wp-admin section. I found it one time, I don’t know how, but never found it again.
  I have the “Post” menu, but there is only one option on it : create new post (article in french)
  There should be also the “srceen option” to make the tag submenu appeat, but I can’t find also the screen option on my dashboard.

  Hurry up guys, I found the solution.

  Actually, there is no link on the dashboard to the simple followinf url :

  https://mimesissfuchsdotcom.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

  So I had, once logged, to type the url in my browser, to access to the whole options, included the tag submenu
