Can't Find Theme I Purchased

I bought the CuckooTap theme in December, and now I can’t find it on my dashboard to upload to my blog. The only theme currently available it the Twenty Ten. I paid for the premium theme; I need the option of using it.
Please help!

I’m sorry but you can’t install a third party theme on a free hosted WordPress.com blog. Return it and get a refund if you intend to remain hosted here at WordPress.com.
We do not have FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we not able to upload third party themes.

Only Staff can edit as every blog wearing the same theme is using the same template.
Unless you are prepared to pay for a VIP account, http://vip.wordpress.com/our-services/ there is no upgrade you can purchase that changes this at WordPress.COM.
