Can't find this THEME and bar to use it, HELP!!!!

    Please open it once and check it,
    I have logged into my account but still I do not see any bar at top to activate this theme for my blog or any option.

    Please tell me how to activate it?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    theowtimes.wordpress.com is no longer available.
    The authors have deleted this blog.

    this is the WordPress.com support forums and that’s not a WordPress.com theme found here > Appearance > Themes. That’s where the only themes we can use on WordPress.com blogs are found.
    Please post an active link starting with http:// to the blog you are referring to.
