Can't find Tools/Import in new Dashboard

  Hello, I’m trying to follow the instructions in https://en.support.wordpress.com/import/import-from-tumblr/ but can’t even find the tools menu.

  Any suggestion would be very appreciated.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.

  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and navigate to Tools.

  Dashboard > Tools > Import

  Dashboard > Tools > Export
  http://anitamarcela.wordpress.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=export-choices

  Thanks! I’m the admin, but still couldn’t find the dashboard toolbox.
