Cant find User button on dashboard

  I need to add a user, but the dashboard doesn’t show a button as shown in the tutorial. I verified that I am identified as an administrator.

  Thank you. Maybe I was following the diagram from the help link to closely. I had clicked on “Dashboard” and Users didn’t show up -and I guess I didn’t notice it actually further down the list -no Dashboard clicking needed. OK, one more time : )…
