Can't find "User" on dashboard to add new contributor

    I would like to add a new editor to the blog. I have read the “how to” about going to “user” and “invite new” from the dashboard.

    My dashboard doesn’t have “user” (or “appearance”) and I can’t find it or how to add it to the dashboard. I am an administrator on this blog.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
