Can't Find VideoPress After Buying Upgrade

  I bought an upgrade for the VideoPress, but I can’t tell any change. I still can’t load videos
  into posts, and I basically can’t find anything that shows I’ve been upgraded to have the
  VideoPress. I read all of the tutorials and read the forums and I’m still stuck. I also
  contacted support without any reply yet. Any ideas are appreciated.

  Similar problem here, cdunivant. I got a confirmation of the upgrade and uploaded two mp4 videos. They are still “processing” several hours later. The strange thing is that I can go to the Library page, roll over one of the video entries to reveal the [ Edit | Delete Permanently | View ] menu, click “View” and watch the video using a player on my laptop. What I can’t do is view it using VideoPress.

  And yes, thesacredpath… I have read the help page several times.

  I emailed support and they fixed it for me. It was a glitch.

  I have three working videos up on my blog now. The first two I uploaded never worked, so I deleted the .mov files and uploaded .m4v versions. The .m4v files worked just fine.

  My bad. Happy that solved the problem.

  I can’t upload video using VideoPress in Firefox.
  It works on safari!!
