can’t find website

  Last night we paid for the business WordPress domain and site, and noting comes up when we log in. It says we need to create one but we don’t want to pay for one again. Help!

  Hi tomrecke,

  Don’t worry, I’ll try and help you find it. I’ve checked your tomrecke account and no upgrades are listed there, which suggests you may have purchased it using another WordPress.com account.

  Did you receive an email receipt? If so, please try logging out of WordPress.com, then log back in using the email address it was sent to. Once logged back in, please check to see if the upgrade is listed on the Manage Purchases page.
