can't find where to change the menu letter spacing in theme

  I am trying to space the letters in the menu text by 2px and believe this is the correct CSS:

  letter-spacing: 2px;

  But for the life of me I cannot figure out where exactly to change the code. I’ve tried the styles.css to no avail. The theme is called Armada.

  Any help would be great and thank you in advance.
