Can't Finish Domain Transfer

  Hi,

  My EPP isn’t being accepted by my new domain host. I paid the unlock fee, but the code provided isn’t being accepted (and the new host tried two different methods, they are officially out of options and told me to contact WordPress) – I’m just wondering what’s up and if I can possible get a new code generated. I’ve gone through all of the steps outlined in the support topics, but its just the code itself that is giving me trouble.

  Hi there! If you take a look at the “Transfer Domain” tab in the domain editor you’ll see this warning:

  Please note that due to the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) you may not transfer your domain name to a new registrar within the first 60 days after initial registration, or the first 60 days after a transfer.

  This transfer lock is mandated by ICANN and is not something we can waive. Your domain will be available for transfer on July 12.

  Until then, I’m happy to help you change your DNS settings so that your domain points to your new webhost. Can you tell me which host you need your domain directed to?
