Can't fix gap under header
-
Hi! Currently developing a test sight to transfer it all to a main sight when I’ve got it perfect. I’m new to wordpress so its getting there bit by bit.
Currently the home page has a white bar under the header https://xordiumdevtest1.azurewebsites.net/
and no matter what I try, i cannot seem to get it to go. Originally it had ‘home’ there but I put
.home .entry-header { display: none; }
there to get rid of it.
Any help on getting rid of the bar would be great!

Hello, hfullard9909.
It sounds like you are talking about a self-hosted WordPress website. These are the WordPress.com forums. You can read about the difference between wp.com and wp.org here.
If you need support with a self-hosted website you can go to the WordPress.org forums, here.
I hope that helped. Good luck!

Hi hfullard9909,
.page-title { display: none; }Please try out this code and let us know how it goes. Thanks!

Hi Josh, I tried that and the gap persisted. The code simply did this

The Red header functions have gone from that page completly, even when removing the CSS and refreshing

Hi @hfullard9909, it looks like you are using WordPress but you are not hosted here at WordPress.com. These forum are for those hosted here at WordPress.com. For self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours, I would suggest asking for help from the theme author directly or ask in the volunteer-based WordPress.org forums.
The differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org.
I took a quick look at your site, but it appears that perhaps the image being used is the wrong proportions for the area allotted. There is only a single padding that I can find, which lessens the issue, but does not take it away. It could be forced by using some negative margins, but that causes other things to blow up. I would suggest contacting the theme author on this issue.
This is the CSS that lessens the issue, but does not fully correct it.
.page-wrap { padding: 0; }
