Can’t for the life of me enter site admin

  I am new here on WordPress.
  Can’t for the life of me enter site admin on WordPress. For some unknown reason I get no response even though I am logged in. Anyone know?

  Got a welcome email from wordpress but even the link below
  doesn’t open. Anything else unrelated to wordpress opens fine.

  Try clearing your cookies and browser cache and going to the page again. If you are in Singapore I believe that it has blocked WordPress at times because of political bloggers,
