Can’t format blockquotes in Visual view

    This has suddenly become a problem today for no reason that I can figure out. When I click the “quotes” icon on the toolbar in visual view, and then paste in the quote, it does not blockquote it. It puts it on the same line as the lead-in sentence. I have to press Enter to push it to a new line, then highlight it and click the quote icon, and then it blockquotes it. But I prefer to format a blockquote by indenting first and then pasting in the blockquote. It’s just a preference, but why won’t that feature work anymore?
