cant found the blog picture /icon

  hello there,
  i am a new in here, a really new one. seems i cant find the WP Admin menu in My Site. i’ve read this https://en.support.wordpress.com/blavatars/ but it seems didnt work for me. and for information, im using a wordpress just a few hours ago and a free account without purchasing anything.

  wordpress.com now has 2 admin interface, the new dashboard and the classic dashboard. In order to change blog picture/icon, you need to change it from the classic dashboard.

  The classic dashboard could be accesed from ‘my sites’ > WP Admin, or just add /wp-admin from your wordpress.com address, e.g:
  http://stuckinbeat.wordpress.com/wp-admin

  Also, you need to go to general settings, which can be found here
  http://stuckinbeat.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php
