can't get a theme to upgrade to my site

    my faceoffitness site is being created on wordpress. I wanted to buy and activate the Debut wordpress upgrade but it says select my site but it’s not listed so I can’t activate on my site?

    Help.

    Hi there. There are two versions of WordPress: WordPress.com and WordPress.org. Right now you are on WordPress.com, the blogging platform. You site, http://facesoffitness.com/ is a self-hosted site built using the WordPress.org software. As such, you won’t be able to use a WordPress.com theme for your site, as WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    WordPress.org also has a debut theme listed, but it doesn’t look the same as the WordPress.com one: https://wordpress.org/themes/debut/

    You can also look at the theme designer’s site, but it looks like this version of Debut might be exclusive to WordPress.com: http://www.cedaro.com/
