Can’t get access.

    Hello,

    My site denisedesbarres.com is not working and I’m unable to access it. I believe that there my need to be a payment needed. The site is not showing up when searched but if I try to use the name it shows it’s been taken. I would like to speak to someone to clear this up and get the site up and running.

    Hi @denisedesbarres,

    It looks like you cancelled and refunded your Premium plan for denisedesbarres.wordpress.com. Please keep in mind, you need an active plan to connect your denisedesbarres.com domain.

    You can upgrade again by going to Upgrades → Plans. Once that’s done, you can connect your domain again.
